We offer simple flat-rate Australia-wide shipping. Delivery is $14.50 for gift box orders and $9.50 for single item orders, with free shipping on orders over $100. All Boho Baby orders are carefully packed and shipped with trusted postal or courier services, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey.

If you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with packaging and tags attached. Depending on the reason, we may offer an exchange, store credit, or refund—for example if the wrong item was sent or there is a manufacturing fault. Please note that change-of-mind returns are not accepted, sale items are final, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. At this stage we don’t offer order pickups. All Boho Baby orders are shipped directly from our own Perth warehouse to customers across Australia. Occasionally you may find us at local markets, where you can browse and purchase our products in person.
