We offer both standard and express flat rate fees for shipping Australia-wide.
Standard shipping $10
Express shipping $15
PROCESS & HANDLING
During check out you will need to enter your full address in the shopping cart for shipping to be added to your order.
Once your payment is confirmed, you can expect an email confirmation and we'll typically dispatch your order within 48 hours.
You will receive tracking notification once your order is on its way.
DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
Shipping normally takes anywhere between 2 - 12 days depending on your location and shipping option selected. Metro locations are normally quicker.
Unforeseen factors like holidays, postal delays, and customs clearance may affect delivery times.
Please inspect your parcel upon arrival and contact us within 14 days if there are any issues. After this period, we're unable to assist further.
DELIVERY EXCLUSIONS
Most of our products can be delivered Australia wide with the exception of; Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands 6798, 6799 and Russell Island QLD 4184.

Please note that postage costs are non-refundable, so make sure all shipping details are accurate before finalising your order at check out.
If you did make an error contact us as soon as you can to see if we can make changes before dispatch. However, Boho Baby cannot be held responsible for orders that go astray due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at checkout.
Have not received your parcel but tracking says 'delivered' ?
If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out to the postal service responsible. If they're unable to provide clarity, we can assist you, but please understand that this process may take 2-7 business days.
All parcels come with tracking numbers, and once an item is confirmed delivered, Boho Baby is not liable for it.
If a delivery attempt fails and the shipping carrier cannot reach you despite attempts, we won't refund or replace the items. It's crucial to monitor your tracking information and ensure accurate contact details during checkout. Unclaimed packages are ineligible for replacement or refund.
All postage costs are non-refundable as they've been paid to the postal service. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted.
