How is it packaged – Most products are packed into either a box or garmet bag for protection before it is put in a postage satchel. We do our best to package it carefully to avoid any damage. At times due to their size, some damage can occur to the boxes. Before panicking best to check the product itself inside for any damage etc. All our products are packed with great care but once in a freight company's hands we have limited control of how its handled.

Free Home Delivery - Free home delivery promotion of shipping over $100 will run when it is displayed. It may be unavalible during certertian periods of the year. At times certain postcodes, cities, states or regions may be excluded due to the inability to provide the service to the area.
Gift Card Policy
Boho Baby gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed in full at the time of use. Any remaining balance after a purchase will not be refundable or carried over for future transactions. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are only redeemable on products available at https://www.bohobaby.com.au. Please treat your gift card like cash, as lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
