We accept the following reasons for lodging a return:
REFUND REASON
Wrong size ordered ~ Customer can return order and we will issue an exchange or credit.
Received the incorrect order ~ Customer can return incorrect order and we will send the correct one.
Damaged items ~ We will issue a refund, credit or replacement if the fault is a manufacturing issue.
We won't accept if:
~The delivery was later than expected
~You've had a change of mind
WHEN TO INITIATE A RETURN
You have 14 days from the date your purchase was marked as delivered to initiate a return. Unfortunately, if this period has lapsed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
DAMAGED ITEMS
While we take care to ensure that you receive an item that is in perfect condition, sometimes faults can be missed. If you have received a damaged item please ensure we are contacted within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
If you receive an item which is deemed by Boho Baby as a manufacturing fault. It is at the customer's discretion to choose a replacement, store credit or a refund. If the item was purchased using a gift card, the amount will be credited back to the gift card.
Should an item shrink, tear or break due to improper care, Boho Baby is not responsible for a replacement, refund or credit note.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Before you get started with your return, please make sure all items are placed back in their original packaging in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached.

Once approved, the following steps can be expected:
~Our staff will initiate a return with in 24 hours.
~Securely package your product and return it via post.
~Once we receive the parcel, we'll inspect it and issue a refund/credit/exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
If we receive an ineligible item, you'll need to cover the shipping costs to have it returned to you.
PARTIAL REFUNDS
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items with obvious signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error, or items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
FULL REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Refunds normally can take up to eight days to show in your account.
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. If you still haven't received your refund, reach out to us at support@bohobaby.com.au for assistance.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
