Change of Mind Returns
If you've changed your mind, you may return eligible items within 30 days of your order being delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused and unworn
Be in its original packaging
Have all tags attached
Be in a resaleable condition
Include proof of purchase
Return postage costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in preparing every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or you've received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

A description of the issue
Photos of the item (where applicable)
We'll assess the issue as quickly as possible and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If the return is due to a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, Boho Baby will cover the return postage costs.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Unless faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law, we cannot accept returns for:
Gift cards
Personalised or customised products
Clearance or final sale items (where stated)
Items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery
Products returned without their original tags or packaging
How to Start a Return
To request a return, simply email us at hello@bohobaby.com.au with your order number and reason for the return.
Our team aims to respond to all return enquiries within one business day and will provide you with the next steps.
Please do not return items until your return request has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change of mind returns.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
